Meet Xerxes, a sweet soul with a mellow demeanor. Despite his shy exterior, he’s incredibly smart and independent. Xerxes has a heart full of loyalty, always ready to share his love with those who earn his trust. He has a prey drive, so a home with small dogs or cats would not be a good fit. He does do well with dogs that are around his size and have the same energy level as him, so we reccomend a dog to dog meet and greet if interested. He would also do better in a home that is calmer, where there aren’t a lot of new people coming in and out of the home. This loyal friend has so much to offer.
