Hello there! I’m Rocco! I am a five year old Labrador/Pit Bull Terrier mix that was surrendered to shelter after my family was no longer able to care for me. But, hey, the past is the past and now I’m on the hunt for a new forever home! I can be a bit shy around new things, especially men, but after a bit of time (and maybe some treats!) I am the most loyal friend anyone could ask for. Because of my shy personality, I will likely do best in a home without kids or older kids.
While I love a long stroll through the neighborhood or maybe a tromp through the woods, I am perfectly content lounging around the house. I am house trained and appear to be fully crate trained. My foster family thinks I do well in the car, especially if there’s a “pup-cup heading my way.
