The Rockingham Harrisonburg SPCA is partnering with the Virginia Federation of Humane Societies (VFHS) and the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) to host an informative discussion on animal protection issues and what you can do to help, including how to work with state and local officials.
We want to answer any questions you might have and talk about how we can work together to help animals in Harrisonburg and across Virginia. The event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP by 10/9! Hope to see you there!
