Schmidt is a feisty and talkative boy with a lot of energy and love to share. He loves to play and has zoomies very often. When separated from his people, Schmidt tends to yell and call for you until you come back to him! Schmidt loves to be petted and given attention, but still isn’t very happy to be picked up or held yet. If he wants to play and you don’t feel up to it, he’s good at entertaining himself until he’s sleepy and ready to cuddle on your feet.
We have not had the chance to see how Schmidt interacts with other cats (other than his siblings), dogs, or children, but we suspect with his nervous demeanor that he would be best suited for a home with older children, if any, and no excitable or loud dogs. We also think he would fine with other cats as long as they are not aggressive or hostile with him.
