Meet Phoebe! She is such a delight. She has a more laid back personality but does enjoy her play time. Most of the time she likes to hang out or play near you, otherwise she can be found curled up on a cat tower next to the scratching post. Phoebe loves batting around her plush mouse. Recently, she loves zooming around carrying her puff ball or mouse toy in her mouth. In foster care she has been social and tidy with her bowls and box.
